Do I need to be a business to use GOfers?

No. We cater to both the commercial and domestic market.

Do I need an account to use GOfers?

No. An account is not essential. However, we recommend an account for business users in order to take advantage of our 30 day credit facility (not available to non business customers). We do accept debit/credit cards over the phone.

Is there a minimum spend policy?

No. Our clients range from one off jobs to high volume contract users.

How do I make a booking?

Bookings can be made over the phone, e-mail or via our online quoting tool.

Do I need to get the parcel to your depot?

No. We provide a door-to-door service. You specify the collection point and we will collect from you and deliver to your recipients address.

How much notice do you require if I would like to book a same day delivery?

We have delivery drivers available all day every day, so we can book your same day delivery within minutes of confirmation

How quickly can you collect after a same day delivery booking?

Under normal circumstances a collection can be made within 30 minutes of the booking.

Can I track and trace my parcel?

Yes. All consignments and parcels are fully trackable to the point of delivery.

Can I get a proof of delivery?

Yes. Our same day delivery service includes automatic notification of delivery by e-mail.

Do you offer additional insurance?

All same day deliveries include up to £50,000 of goods in transit insurance; we can increase your insurance cover for more valuable items. For further details contact us on 01604 231113

Which types of item do you courier?

We can courier a huge range of items, including documents, packaging, engineering components and construction equipment. It may be easier to list what we don’t ship:

Live stock
Ammunition/Firearms
Furs
Pornographic material
Large sums of cash
Articles of exceptional value (works of arts, antiques, gold, precious stones etc)
